The Ferenczi Society received the Mary Sigourney Award 2008

The Sándor Ferenczi Society is honoured with the Mary Sigourney Award in 2008. The award recognizes past achievements by individuals and organizations that constitute significant contributions to psychoanalysis and to thereby encourage activity in the field.

 

Sándor Ferenczi Center at The new School for Social Research in New York

On Jan 12, the founders held the inaugural event for the The Sandor Ferenczi Center at The New School for Social Research. For the benefit of those who were not able to attend this event, we have provided a link to the inaugural address given by Judit Meszaros, Ph.D., Founding member of The Sandor Ferenczi Society in Budapest. Sandor Ferenczi International Conference 2009 - Buenos Aires

Our next International Sándor Ferenczi Conference will be held in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 2009, October 21 to 24. We expect it to be an important event, both as a scientific meeting as well as a great opportunity to gather and exchange ideas in the wonderful milieu of springtime Buenos Aires.
